North American Energy Partners Inc. is the corporate parent of North American Construction Group Inc. and all of the NACG companies. For more than 50 years, we have provided services to large oil, natural gas, and resource companies, specializing in the Canadian oil sands region. We are one of the largest providers of heavy construction and mining, piling and pipeline services in western Canada and maintain one of the largest independently owned equipment fleets in the region. In November 2006, North American Energy Partners Inc. began trading on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NOA.
